Planning & Visualization
The actual planning and development of our products begins on the PC. We first construct the huts virtually so that you can get an idea of the finished product or the entire market in advance. This also allows us to simulate different design options and configurations so that in the end everything corresponds exactly to our customers' ideas.
Construction
Our production areas are optimally designed for the manufacture of our products. In addition to a hall that is exclusively used for painting work, there are other halls available for pre-production and assembly. This allows our employees to work extremely effectively. By using appropriate machines, we can work in a way that conserves resources and is ergonomic.
Transport
From our location in the north, we deliver our products not only within Germany, but also worldwide. Where economically viable, we deliver individual huts using our fitters. Otherwise, we rely on freight forwarders. Our huts have also been transported by ship several times, for example to Japan and the USA.
Depending on the volume, we plan the transport of our huts virtually in advance in order to use the available space on the truck or van as efficiently as possible
Assembly and dismantling
Thanks to our modular design, our products are ready for use in no time.
Thanks to the simple system, our customers can also build a hut themselves in a short time.
Storage
At our company headquarters we have around 11,000 m² of warehouse space, so that we can store all huts and even entire markets protected from wind and weather. Our services also include renovating the huts, for example removing old staples used to attach decorations and cleaning the huts. If necessary, necessary repairs are of course also carried out before the huts are stored until the next use.
